The credits have rolled, but Kalos isn’t done with you yet. The post-game of X and Y is rich: a whole city reserved for Champions, a detective story in Lumiose City, dozens of Mega Stones to track down and three legendary Pokémon to catch. Here is everything that opens up, in the recommended order.

  1. The Lumiose City parade and the battle against AZ, which closes the story. Step 33
  2. Kiloude City, by magnetic train from Lumiose Station: the Battle Maison and the Friend Safari.
  3. Your rival, in Kiloude City’s park after your first win at the Battle Maison: they give you Absolite.
  4. The sundial in Anistar City, where Professor Sycamore upgrades your Mega Ring. Step 35
  5. The Mega Stones, to be picked up between 8 and 9 p.m. all over Kalos.
  6. The Looker Bureau, in Lumiose City, for a series of investigations leading up to the Final Case.
  7. The legendary Pokémon: Zygarde, Mewtwo and your version’s legendary bird. Step 34
