Between your seventh and eighth badges, Team Flare goes all in. You then chain together, almost without a break, Lysandre Labs and the hideout in Geosenge Town: two battles against Lysandre, five scientists, duo battles and a legendary Pokémon to catch. Here is how to get through it all on the first try.
Aim for level 50 for your best Pokémon before entering Lysandre Café. Between the Labs and the hideout, you will have time to heal, but inside each one, the battles follow one another with no Pokémon Center.
In your Bag: about ten Hyper Potions, Revives, Full Heals against status conditions, and Ultra Balls or Timer Balls for the legendary Pokémon. Save the Master Ball for later.
