O-Powers are small temporary boosts that you activate from the PSS: more money, more experience, Eggs that hatch faster, boosted stats in battle… Used well, they save precious time. Here is how to get them all, and how to combine them.
Activating an O-Power uses energy, which recharges over time. Each O-Power exists in several levels: the higher the level, the stronger and longer-lasting the effect, but the more energy it costs.
You activate them for yourself from the PSS menu, and they can also be given to nearby players, which still works locally despite the end of online play.
