🐋A Lapras as a gift

At the west entrance of Route 12, a Breeder entrusts you with a Lapras, provided you have the Rumble Badge and a free spot in your team.

🐐Route 12, Fourrage Road

The Skiddo Ranch lends you a mount: on Skiddo’s back, you jump ledges in both directions and cross tall grass with no encounters at all. This is how you reach a Whipped Dream east of the ranch entrance and a Shiny Stone to the northeast.

  • The house north of the ranch: a girl gives you TM45 Attract. Behind the house, a Sachet awaits, protected by a bush you have to cut.
  • With HM01 Cut: Leftovers west of the Breeder, the ideal held item for a defensive Pokémon.
  • Fisherman Hervé lines up six Magikarp: an easy and generous victory.

🌊Azure Bay

You can only reach it by surfing from Route 12. On the first island, an old man gives you the Ampharosite, Ampharos’s Mega Stone. A photo sign also lets you call the photographer there.

  • The southwest islet, through a narrow channel to the west: TM81 X-Scissor, a Deep Sea Tooth and a Deep Sea Scale.
  • Around the Sea Spirit’s Den, in the center of the bay: a Big Pearl and the Splash Plate.
  • The rocks: a Star Piece and a Heart Scale, useful for having Pokémon relearn moves.
