🍂Route 15, Brun Way

The leaf piles sometimes hide items… or Pokémon Rangers ready to challenge you. After the second bridge, Lysandre sends you a message on the Holo Caster, in which he comments on Professor Sycamore’s research on Mega Evolution.

  • With Rock Smash: a Macho Brace to the right of the sign, behind a cracked wall in the ruins, and a Protein.
  • On the ground: a Full Heal southwest of the first bridge and a Leppa Berry under the Berry tree.
  • Later, with HM05 Waterfall, you will be able to climb the waterfall for the Stone Plate, an HP Up and, via Route 16, TM97 Dark Pulse.

🎣Route 16 and the Super Rod

South of Route 15, Route 16 leads back to Lumiose City: it is a shortcut, and a renowned fishing spot. In the hut by the water, a fisherman gives you the Super Rod. He will also give you 20 Dive Balls if you manage to fish up more than seven Pokémon in a row.

  • With HM04 Strength: the Fist Plate south of the hut, and a Rare Candy hidden in the nearby rock.
  • With HM01 Cut: another Rare Candy northeast of the Sky Trainer.

🏚️The Lost Hotel

Once prestigious, this hotel fell into ruin after a terrible tragedy. It is underground and split in two: the north area opens from Route 15, the south area from Route 16. Hoodlums and Delinquents hang around inside.

  • North area: a Smoke Ball, a Twisted Spoon near the roller king’s room and, with Rock Smash, TM95 Snarl.
  • South area: a Roller Skater gives you TM56 Fling. With Rock Smash, pick up the Protector, which makes Rhydon evolve by trade, and the Dread Plate.
