❄️Dendemille Town
When you arrive, Professor Sycamore and Dexio come to talk to you about a legendary Pokémon. Then Trevor arrives, disappointed to have missed the professor, and rushes off to look for new Pokémon in Frost Cavern.
- The Move House, at the bottom of the windmill’s stairs: the Move Reminder teaches back a forgotten move in exchange for a Heart Scale, and the Move Deleter makes you forget any move, even an HM.
- The house southwest of the windmill: a boy gives you TM42 Facade, and a lady gives you a Leppa Berry if you have the TM she asks for.
- The house in the northeast: an elder gives you the Shell Bell if you have met at least 70 different Pokémon in the Mountain Kalos Pokédex.
- The house in the northwest: a child gives a Big Nugget if you show them a Super-size Gourgeist.
- The Pokémon Center: the O-Power expert gives you an Accuracy O-Power, and a woman gives you a Sitrus Berry. Moomoo Milk is also sold there.

🧊Frost Cavern
On the bridge before the entrance, an Ace Trainer and their Mamoswine stop you: their Pokémon senses that something is wrong in the cavern. Trevor advises you to prepare well.
Inside, much of the floor is frozen: once you set off, you slide without being able to turn until you hit an obstacle or a patch of snow. New feature: you can slide diagonally here. Take a good look at each room before launching yourself.

🥶Team Flare and the Abomasnow
At the back of the cave, Trevor joins you: Team Flare has cornered an Abomasnow to seize its energy. Trevor tries to reason with them, in vain. You first face a Grunt, then the scientist Celosia.

Ability: Flash Fire
A single Pokémon: Houndoom, at level 48, Dark and Fire type.
It is weak to Water, Fighting, Ground and Rock. Its Flash Fire ability makes it immune to Fire and boosts its own Fire attacks after it has been hit by one: don’t use Fire.
Foul Play uses your own Attack against you: prefer a special attacker, such as Lapras with Surf.
Once freed, the Abomasnow thanks you by giving you Abomasite, the Mega Stone of its species.
Don’t leave without the outdoor items: northwest of Dendemille Town, beyond a waterfall, are hidden TM71 Stone Edge and a Heart Scale. You will need HM05 Waterfall, which you will obtain later.
